Pickup, Delivery and Shipping Policy

Available services

Select only a fulfillment option actually offered at checkout. Pickup is the initial service. Local drops and shipping are available only when enabled and configured. No delivery area or timetable is promised unless shown for your order.

Pickup and local drops

Use the location, schedule and instructions confirmed for your order. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before traveling. Provide a reachable contact and bring a cooler for perishable products. Contact us if you cannot meet the arranged time so we can discuss safe storage and next steps.

Shipping when offered

Shipped orders require at least $100 in products before taxes and fees; pickup and local drops have no minimum. Products marked pickup/drop only cannot be shipped. Confirm the destination and your ability to receive perishable food promptly. Fees and available shipping details are disclosed before payment. Contact us immediately about an address error.

Delays and unavailable items

We will notify you of a material delay or stock problem and discuss an alternative, cancellation or refund. For shipped merchandise, we follow applicable notice, delay-consent and refund rules. We will not treat silence as unlimited permission to delay. No unapproved substitution or extra charge is authorized by this policy.

Receiving food

Inspect packaging and temperature promptly. Follow our Food Safety and Allergen Notice and package labels. Do not taste food to test its safety. Contact us promptly with order details and, if safely possible, photos of the package and label when something is damaged, missing or appears unsafe.
