Shopping with Heart-T-Hogs

These terms describe purchases through heartthogs.com and our farm shop. Please review the product description, selected package weight, total and fulfillment details before placing an order. Orders and availability

Products are subject to actual inventory. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it; stock is reserved when your order is placed. An order receipt is not confirmation that payment has cleared or that the order is ready. We will contact you about availability problems or material errors before proceeding. You may decline a proposed substitution or price change.

Weights and prices

Products sold by the pound are priced using the displayed per-pound rate and recorded package weight. Available exact weights and package prices are shown where inventory supports them. An unweighed package requires final weight confirmation before payment. Fixed-price merchandise and packs use the displayed unit price. Taxes and any fulfillment fees are shown separately. Call-for-price products require a quote; no price is implied.

Payment and fulfillment

Only the methods and fulfillment options offered at checkout are available. External payment services have their own terms. Cash App and Venmo payments require staff verification; opening a link or QR code is not proof of payment. See our Payment and SNAP Policy and Pickup, Delivery and Shipping Policy for details. There are no automatic recurring orders or subscription charges in this store.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate contact details and only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep account credentials private. Optional remembered login lasts up to 30 days on the selected device; sign out on shared devices. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with orders or submit unlawful content. Contact us promptly if you suspect account misuse.

Product information

Photos and meal ideas illustrate products and serving suggestions. Always check the package label for ingredients, allergens, storage and handling instructions. Product appearance and individual cuts can vary. Specific certifications or farming claims apply only when expressly stated and supported for that product.

Problems, changes and your rights

Our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy explains how to report an issue. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. California law applies except where another law must apply. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Updated terms apply prospectively; material changes to an existing order require notice and any legally required consent.

Payment providers and transaction confirmation

When enabled for your order, Stripe or Square provides hosted card checkout. Cash App and Venmo are manual payment options for pickup only. Use the official recipient details displayed by Heart-T-Hogs, check the amount and include only your order reference. Do not include sensitive information in payment notes. A redirect, screenshot, QR scan or payment return page does not establish cleared payment: card payments require provider confirmation, and staff verify manual payments against received funds. Provider outages or declined payments may require another available method; we will not charge a different method without authorization.

SNAP/EBT and security services

SNAP/EBT is available only when expressly offered for eligible food and processed in person through an authorized TotilPay Go terminal. Online EBT, EBT cash/TANF and partial-SNAP food payments are not supported by this website. Noneligible items require a separate order; any drop fee is paid separately in cash. Cloudflare Turnstile protects selected forms from automated abuse. Contact us if a security check or outside payment service prevents access so we can help arrange an available alternative.

Outside service terms and policy updates

Your use of a provider account or payment service is governed by that provider’s applicable terms and privacy notices. This policy does not enroll you in a provider service, waive statutory rights or replace Heart-T-Hogs’ responsibility for your order. We may revise these policies as services develop, publishing a new effective date and giving any additional notice or obtaining consent required by law.
