Payments and SNAP/EBT

Available payment choices

Only methods shown for your order are available. Confirm the final package weights, product total, tax and fees before payment. Card payments are handled by the configured provider. Cash App and Venmo links or QR codes open the configured recipient page; check the recipient, enter the displayed total and include the order reference. Staff must verify receipt.

SNAP is processed in person

When offered, eligible food purchases can be paid through the store’s authorized TotilPay Go terminal with the customer present, including supported pickup/drop arrangements. This website does not collect EBT card details or a PIN and does not currently process online SNAP payments. Selecting SNAP does not itself approve a transaction.

Eligible products and separate charges

Merchandise, live animals and delivery/service charges are not treated as SNAP-eligible food. Staff must confirm product eligibility. The current checkout requires noneligible merchandise to be placed in a separate order; any drop fee is collected separately in cash. Staff follow authorized terminal rules for partial approvals and refunds. Eligible SNAP food purchases are tax-exempt.

No automatic renewals

There is no recurring billing or automatic subscription enrollment. Contact us if a payment appears duplicated or incorrect. Do not send payment-card data, EBT PINs or app passwords in messages. Stripe and Square

Enabled card payments open the selected provider’s hosted checkout. Enter card details there, not in Heart-T-Hogs messages or contact forms. An order is marked paid only after a validated payment notification; returning to our site alone is not approval. Declines or technical failures do not authorize us to charge another payment method. Contact us before retrying if you suspect a duplicate payment. Provider terms apply to their payment services: Stripe consumer terms and Square buyer features notice. Cash App and Venmo pickup payments

These manual methods are available for pickup only when enabled. Confirm our displayed recipient and the final total, and enter your order reference without card data, passwords or benefit details. Staff verify received funds before marking an order paid; screenshots, scans and pending transfers are not proof of receipt. Use a permitted purchase/business payment flow under the app’s applicable rules. Do not mislabel a purchase as a personal gift to evade fees or protections. Review Cash App terms and Venmo’s User Agreement, including dispute options and transaction privacy settings. We do not promise provider purchase protection for every transfer.

Current SNAP limitations and safeguards

SNAP acceptance requires applicable retailer authorization and a working authorized terminal. This website records an in-person TotilPay Go transaction; it does not initiate EBT charges, read balances, capture PINs or process online EBT. The whole eligible food subtotal must be paid with SNAP in this workflow; partial-SNAP/mixed-tender food purchases and EBT cash/TANF are not supported. If a terminal approval is partial, staff must reconcile or void it before continuing; an order is not recorded paid for an unverified amount. SNAP benefits cannot pay delivery, service or processing fees, and SNAP-paid eligible food is not subject to sales tax. Any offered drop fee is collected separately in cash; noneligible products require a separate order. No extra SNAP-only fee is added.

Refunds and service changes

We arrange approved refunds through the original provider and record the refund reference. Our website does not automatically issue provider or terminal refunds. SNAP refunds must be credited electronically to the original SNAP EBT account through the authorized terminal; we do not substitute cash, app transfers or store credit. Provider processing times vary. Online SNAP will be offered only after the required authorization, secure PIN processing and tested integration are in place, with updated disclosures. No future feature is enabled by publication of this policy.
